Terms and Conditions for Ordering Fertilised Eggs
Thank you for choosing our fertilised eggs! We’re excited to support your hatching journey and aim to provide you with the best quality eggs possible. To make sure you have a smooth experience, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Egg Quality and Fertility:
Our eggs come from healthy, carefully managed breeding stock, and we take every possible step to ensure the eggs are fresh and fertilised when they leave us. However, once they leave our hands, we cannot control factors like handling, transportation, or incubation conditions, all of which can affect hatch rates.If purchasing Appenzeller Spitzhauben fertilised eggs, please note that this breed can be more sensitive to transport and hatching conditions, often showing lower hatch rates compared to heritage and farmyard breeds. Understanding and acknowledging this is part of the condition of sale.
- Prepayment and Availability:
All egg orders must be prepaid at the time of ordering. Please be aware that there may occasionally be a delay in shipping while we wait for our hens to lay fresh eggs. Your patience with our hens’ natural timing is greatly appreciated! -
Shipping and Handling:
We securely package each order to protect the eggs during transit. Despite our best efforts, some movement and stress are inevitable. Buyers accept any risks associated with shipping, and while breakages are rare, we cannot guarantee a perfect arrival.We ship orders only on Mondays to minimise time in transit and maximise hatch viability. Pickup can be arranged almost any day of the week if preferred.

No Hatch Guarantee Applies:
Hatch rates vary widely and depend on many external factors. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a successful hatch. By placing your order, you agree that we are not liable for hatch outcomes, including any unhatched, non-viable, or abnormal chicks. -
Returns and Refunds:
Due to the perishable nature of fertilised eggs, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once your order has shipped. If you encounter any issues with your order upon delivery, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will do our best to assist. -
Hatching Cockerels (Roosters):
We do not offer a cockerel/rooster return option due to farm biosecurity. We ask all buyers to have a plan in place for any unwanted cockerels before making a purchase.
